TS Industry was established since 1992, the company started its humble journey as a small factory based in Malaysia by supplying various type of polyurethane foam such as automotive seat, office chairs, sofas etc. Our moulded foam has benefited companies in the automotive industry, marine industry, stadium and theater seating industry. As times goes by the company had grown bigger and bigger and its gets the chance to expand its production line into producing composite material. With the contribution of professional R&D team of TS Industry the company is confident in supplying high quality custom made product regardless in polyurethane foam or composite products.

Composite Material Moulding
Vacuum Infusion Processing
Dry reinforcement is positioned in the mould and vacuum bag is then positioned and sealed at the mould perimeter then a tube is connected between the vacuum bag and the resin container. A vacuum is applied to consolidate the laminate and the resin is pulled into the mould.
Lite Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM)
The reinforcement (and core material) is positioned in the mould and the mould is closed and clamped, then the resin is injected under pressure, using mix/meter injection equipment, so that the resin is able to distribute evenly and precisely into the material. Products that made using Lite RTM technology will be more solid, lighter and durable compare to traditional hand made method.
